We
are pleased to announce that we have merged with the Bainbridge Island Creativity
Center to form the brand new Oil & Water Creativity Center! We will be offering year-round workshops
and classes in our new education space above our art supply shop in the Winslow Mall. All ages and skill levels are welcome. Our first classes begin in June; check out our class flyers below for details on this summer's offerings!

June 6, 1-3pm
Watercolor Skies with Dana Marrs
Dana will illustrate how to archive dramatic watercolor skyscapes with a variety of techniques
that are easy to master and will add new dimensions to your watercolor paintings. If you are new to watercolor this is a great introduction to the medium. Dana teaches watercolor for the Bainbridge Parks and Recreation Dept.

Watercolor Tools & Techniques with Richard Nelson
Richard
will demonstrate the tools and materials needed for interesting ways of
working with watercolors. Investigate the types of papers, brushes,
media paper stretching and more. All levels will find something new in
this demonstration.
June 20, 1-3pm
Kids & Summer Art Programs with Erica Applewhite
Erica comes to us from the young peoples art education program at the Seattle
Art Museum. She bring with her years of experience of fanning the spark of creativity found in all children and young people. She will be offering workshops and classes through out the summer and beyond. Discover how easy and exciting block printing can be.
